Blogging Under Fire

I’ve always liked to pretty much get the whole idea in my head (or at least the general overview all worked out) and then just sit down and write beginning to end. That’s great if you can write with no distractions but if you have a spouse and kids around you don’t often get a lot of distraction free time.

Try jotting down the outline of what you’re going to say. It makes it far easier when you do get interrupted and may help you write better focused posts that arrive at the conclusions you want to reach.
